About Us
Global Texture Cuisine was inspired by a speech-language pathologist who advocates for her patients daily; not only to improve their swallowing, but also to increase their oral intake as it is equally important for their health and recovery journey. After working at different medical settings, the lack of culturally delivery foods to patients was seen as a recurrent challenge (specially in areas where racial/cultural diversity grows year after year). This challenge continues to negatively impact patient's nutrition, recovery, and quality of life.
Our team's goal is to provide healthcare facilities with multicultural diverse meals for dysphagia patients who are on an IDDSI texture diet in order to:

Increase dining efficiency at your facility.
